Two important links regarding the legality of GSM Jammers:
The Wireless Telegraphy Act (2006) – Section 3-68.3 in which it states:
(3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable—
(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to both;
(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both.
